Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between guests and technicians, coordinating automotive service and repairs. The role emphasizes listening to guest problems, arranging appropriate service, and managing expectations for service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-end dealer service advising, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and an unrestricted driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high luxury dealer experience as a Service Advisor.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Welcomes each guest with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting
• Personally refers guests with complaints that cannot be satisfied at the service advisor level to the service manager

Job Description

Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 depending upon industry experience, skills and certifications!

The Service Advisor is the center of communication for service/repair activities and the liaison between Cycle Springs guests and the technicians. Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor must listen and thoroughly understand guest problems, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage expectations on the part of the guests and the technicians in terms of service delivery.
