Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC, part of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, is seeking a Service Advisor in Clearwater, FL. You will schedule service for guests, discuss repair options, and ensure timely delivery of repairs while maintaining high standards of customer service.

A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is available depending on industry experience, skills, and certifications. This is a full-time position in the Service department with strong growth opportunities for experienced automotive

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high luxury dealer experience as a Service Advisor
• Broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and internet skills

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs
• Ensures all required documentation is complete and compliant
• Follows safety policies and procedures
• Greets guests promptly and enthusiastically
• Refers unresolved guest complaints to the service manager

Job Description

Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 depending upon industry experience, skills and certifications!

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Welcomes each guest with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting
• Personally refers guests with complaints that cannot be satisfied at the service advisor level to the service manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of high luxury dealer experience as a Service Advisor required
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
