Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC, a division of Dimmitt Automotive Group, seeks a motivated Motorcycle Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain motorcycles and ATVs in Clearwater, FL. The role requires 2+ years in powersports; Florida motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record are essential.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair and service motorcycles and ATVs and complete warrantied repairs to manufacturer specs.
• Complete routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, engines, brakes, transmissions, etc.
• Communicate repair timeframes with Service Advisor.
• Install new parts as needed and perform repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 depending upon skills, experience and certifications!

The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service maintenance of motorcycles and ATVs, while following Company guidelines and procedures.

• Diagnose, repair and service motorcycles and ATVs systems and components.Completes warrantied repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Completes all routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoots problems with electrical system, engines, brakes, transmissions, etc.
• Communicates timeframe for repairs and service needed with Service Advisor.
• Install new parts as needed.
• Repairs components as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to identify proper tools and equipment needed for repairs.
• Willing and able to communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding the status of repair orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related technician experience in the powersports industry required.
• Formal training in motorcycle mechanics program highly preferred.
• Factory certified from Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki highly preferred.
• Unrestricted valid Florida driver license with motorcycle endorsement required.
• Clean driving record
• ASE certifications preferred
• Excellent work history
• Excellent customer service skills
• Meticulous attention to detail

Benefits

Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
