Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is building a new North Shore CDJR service department in Myrtle Beach, SC, and seeks motivated Service Advisors to help create an exceptional customer experience from day one.

You will contribute to establishing processes, culture, and trust with customers while growing your career with a family-owned automotive group.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain automotive repairs clearly and discuss costs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the Service Department and make a positive first impression.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle needs accurately.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and communicate recommended services.
• Prepare repair orders and coordinate the repair process from check-in to delivery.
• Maintain communication with customers about status, timing, and recommendations.
• Work with Technicians and Parts to move repairs efficiently.
• Explain work performed and review repairs with customers.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Aim for CSI, profitability, and high-quality service.

North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina—and we're building our Service Department from the ground up.

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors who know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and turn a service visit into a customer-for-life relationship.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Welcome customers to the Service Department and create a professional, positive first impression.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and communicate recommended services.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and coordinate the repair process from check-in through delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status, recommendations, and completion times.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a professional, consultative manner.
• Work closely with Technicians and Parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Work toward CSI, customer-pay, hours-per-RO, and profitability goals.
• Represent The Hanania Way by exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Comfortable discussing maintenance and repair costs with customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM/DMS systems, tablets, and other dealership technology.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
