REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is REQUIREDfor this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Completely document requests and concerns from clients for technicians.
• Follow up with customers to keep them informed on vehicle status and present technician suggested services.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
• Communicate with other departments as needed for parts or work updates.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
