Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of dealership experience.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts with promised time.
• Informs customers about changes to the estimate or promised time and secures authorization for additional repairs.
• Test-drives the vehicle or refers to the test technician as necessary.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the target level.
• Advises customers on car care per manufacturers’ specifications and maintenance menus.
• Follows safety policies and regulatory requirements.
