• Must have valid driver's license and maintain safe driving habits.
• Impeccable honesty and integrity required.
• High level of professional appearance and conduct.

Responsabilités

• Greet each customer courteously 100% of the time.
• Schedule appointments accurately.
• Communicate with service customers to determine issues.
• Secure agreement on repairs and costs before starting work.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data securely.
• Test drive vehicles with customers as needed.
• Inspect vehicles and advise on necessary bodywork.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are accounted for.
