Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and set a professional first impression.
• Write accurate repair orders with customer concerns and contact information.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and provide updates.
• Review technician recommendations and present needed repairs to customers.
• Follow up on declined services and open repair orders.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts, dispatch, and management.
• Maintain documentation for warranty, customer pay, internal, and maintenance repairs.
• Close repair orders and review completed work with customers.
• Support a service culture based on communication and accountability.
