Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to communicate intelligently with customers about the repair process.
• Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers to schedule service appointments and review repair needs.
• Open work orders and maintain control until closed and invoiced.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and cost estimates.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
