Job summary

Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb seeks a motivated Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in the DeKalb Toyota service department. You will guide customers from check-in to pickup, provide expert recommendations, and ensure an exceptional ownership experience.

You will coordinate with technicians, document issues, and communicate repair status while maintaining strong CSI scores and fostering lasting relationships with customers. Toyota experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with dealership management software.
