Genesis of Portland in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a high-performing team. This full-time role offers a salary-plus-commission plan with strong earning potential, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a dealership setting.

You will liaise between the Service Department and guests, communicate vehicle needs, set expectations, and help ensure a smooth, quality service experience at our SW Portland location.

Qualifications

• CDK experience is a must!
• Tech Savvy. Proficient in navigating multiple programs at once.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between the Service Department and guests - clearly communicating vehicle needs, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience. The more driven and customer-focused you are, the stronger your results will be.

You’ll join Genesis of Portland, located in SW Portland and proudly the only Genesis dealership in Portland - and the first ever. Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Helping customers with the service on their vehicles
• Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns
• Work closely with other departments within the dealership
• Reviewing inspection reports with customers
• Provide an excellent customer service experience

This is a full-time opportunity. Available for shifts Monday - Saturday.
