MB OF FORT MYERS, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule service, and prepare accurate labor/parts estimates. You will monitor repair progress and communicate changes with customers to maintain high CSI.

Two years of dealership experience and strong communication skills are required; ASE certification is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver license are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• ASE certification preferred.”

Responsabilités

• Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Establishes 'promised time'.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding changes and gets authorization for additional repairs.
• Test-drives the vehicle or refers to the test technician as necessary.
• Maintains a high Customer Satisfaction Index rating.
