SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
- Help lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose and core values.
- Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks when the store manager is absent.
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Assist the shop General Manager in all areas of daily operations as directed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of automotive service and/or repair experience.
- Exceptional automotive repair knowledge.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license.
