Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• OEM service experience preferred, not required.
• Previous automotive service or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional presence.
• Comfortable working directly with the public.

Responsibilities

• Greet every service customer with genuine enthusiasm, not a script.
• Document service concerns clearly and completely, the first time.
• Collaborate with technicians who diagnose performance concerns and translate them into a clear plan with the customer.
• Coordinate with certified technicians to keep every repair on track.
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout the service process, not just at drop-off and pickup.
• Meet and exceed service goals, and ensure the customer’s overall experience earns their return.
