Job summary

Honda Kingsport, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking motivated Service Advisors to join our busy, high-volume service team. You’ll be the critical link between customers and technicians, delivering an exceptional experience from arrival to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to confidently guide customers through the service process.
• Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
• Preferred automotive service advisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs.
• Guide customers through maintenance and repair process.
• Present recommended maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally.
• Provide estimates, timelines, and repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to help ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Communicate additional service recommendations to customers.
• Manage repair orders from write-up through completion.
