Job summary

Arrowhead Harley-Davidson in Peoria, AZ is seeking Service Advisors to join our service team. You will greet customers, assess motorcycle issues, and guide them through repair options with clear explanations.

You’ll document problems on repair orders, communicate timelines and costs, and strive to deliver courteous, confident service while keeping up-to-date with training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work
• Greet customers, inspect their motorcycles, and answer questions
• Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness
• Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
• Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
• Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager
• Other duties as assigned
