Dickson City Hyundai, a family-owned dealership in Scranton, PA, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. You will greet customers, document needs, and collaborate with technicians to move repairs forward while delivering accurate estimates.

No automotive experience is required, as training is provided; sales/retail or customer-facing backgrounds are welcome. Excellent communication helps you thrive here.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required — training provided.
• Service Advisor experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable with learning new computer systems.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and document their needs.
• Perform pre-write-up vehicle inspections.
• Work with technicians and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving.
• Provide repair and maintenance estimates.
• Clearly explain recommended services to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow.
• Review completed repairs and process customer payments.
• Follow up with customers when needed.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
