Job summary

Harr Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Worcester, MA is seeking a Service Advisor with experience in Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and RAM. You will be the primary contact for customers, listening to their service needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating service appointments with the technicians.

You will ensure smooth operation of the service department, prioritize tasks, verify repair orders, and communicate clearly with customers to maintain satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• Experience with Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM) preferred.
• Customer service experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer systems and software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide timely professional service.
• Use state of the art technology to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, and resolving customer concerns.
• Provide repair estimates as needed and help prioritize with customers.
• Coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed and completed on time. Obtain customer’s written approval on all repair orders at write-up or when closing add-ons.
• Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility.
• Identify repeat customers and treat them accordingly.
• Contact customers to remind them of service appointments and/or when scheduled maintenance is due.
• Document repair order changes.

Harr CJDR is looking for an advisor with experience in the brands of Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and RAM!The Service Advisor at Harr CJDR plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. As the main point of contact for customers, the Service Advisor is responsible for effectively communicating with customers to understand their automotive service needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating service appointments.

Requirements:

• Experience with the Stellantis brands of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM specifically
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• 2 years in an automotive service environment preferred or 2 or more years in retail sales environment.
• Work requires standing on your feet for long periods of time, walking, working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather, reaching, bending, and getting in and out of all types of vehicles
