Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Act as liaison between customer and technicians to update repair status.
• Verify warranty and service contracts as needed.
• Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to maintain profit margins.
• Maintain service records for customers.
• Prepare billing invoices for customers.

Service Advisor

As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, Hino, TICO and now Isuzu dealership, we have 16 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Come join our hard-working team in West Chicago!

Job Duties:

• Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
• Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
• Verify warranty and service contracts as needed
• Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
• Maintain service records for customers
• Prepare billing invoices for customers
• Other duties as assigned
