Big O Tires is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Washington, DC. You will focus on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a service sales background and a proven track record in sales, with strong communication skills.

This role requires multitasking, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and adhering to store policies while delivering the best service experience to guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum tire & auto service sales experience.
• Strong auto service & tire sales knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient at preventive maintenance sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuild customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experienceAchieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issuesKeep up to date through training and vendor publicationsAdhere to the Big O Tire policies and proceduresAssist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectationsHelp maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areasAssist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stockingMaintain showroom merchandiseFollow all safety practices as outlined in policy and proceduresSales of tires and service-related needs
