Employment Type: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday Schedule

Position Type: Base pay + Commission

Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually

Service Advisor responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Communicate with the technicians
• Keep an even and organized flow of service to technicians
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Experience as a Service Advisor, customer service classes.
• Minimum 2 years technical experience or on the job training.
