Fay Myers in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Service Advisor for a full-time, Tuesday–Saturday role. The position involves greeting customers, gathering vehicle data, and reporting symptoms to technicians, while building accurate labor and parts estimates and maintaining an organized workflow.

You will communicate with customers regularly, monitor vehicle progress, and explain completed work and charges, ensuring invoices match performed work.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service roles.
• Minimum 2 years technical experience or on the job training.
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly and obtaining customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly reporting symptoms and recommending maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare complete and accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and maintain flow of service.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers regularly.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers and reconcile invoices.
