Job summary

Driver's Village in Cicero, NY is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for the service department. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information and present clear service recommendations to ensure a smooth repair process.

You will enter repair orders, collaborate with technicians and parts staff, and keep customers informed from check-in to completion. Evening and Saturday availability is required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k).

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and a seamless repair process. Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities and Job Functions:
