Don Ringler Automotive in Temple, Texas is seeking a Service Advisor (ASM) to be the face and voice of the dealership. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure needs are met.

The role values excellent customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. Training opportunities are available for candidates with great potential, and the dealership emphasizes a friendly, fast-paced environment with a strong CSI focus.

Qualifications

• Greet customers, schedule appointments, and act as liaison between customers and service techs.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
• Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

As our new Toyota Service ASM, you will be a face and voice for the dealership. We need a Service Advisor who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered for training. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service techs. • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
