Job summary

Hubler Chevrolet Center is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first contact for customers, knowledgeable about services, inventory needs, and scheduling.

The role suits individuals new to automotive but with strong customer service backgrounds from retail, hospitality, or related fields. We offer training, a supportive culture, opportunities for advancement, and a focus on growing your career while helping customers through the repair

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone, to avoid mishandling of the customer.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.
