Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate at our Los Angeles location. You will promote, present, and sell LUV membership passes to customers, using knowledge-based retail sales to close deals.

Key qualities include a proven track record in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers. This role offers commission-based earnings with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.


• Work outside in varying weather conditions.


• Standing for long periods of time during shift.


• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.


• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales.
