Job summary

Sunset Kia of Sarasota, part of the Sunset Automotive Group, seeks a professional Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will create repair orders, relay technician findings, and educate customers on maintenance needs. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, dependable, and career-minded attitude.
• Solid automotive knowledge preferred.
• Computer and tablet proficiency required.
• Experience with X-Time Inspect and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

Service Advisor Responsibilities
