Responsibilities

• Greet customers at their vehicle in the service lanes.
• Gather customer information and identify primary concerns.
• Review vehicle repair histories for maintenance needs.
• Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day.
• Cashier customers and ensure satisfaction on delivery.
• Verify final invoice matches work performed; inform customers of completion.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Cashier customers, taking payment via cash, check or credit card.
• Deliver completed vehicle and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager.

With this role, you will receive 90 days of training wage before your standard pay takes effect.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers at their vehicle in the service lanes.
• Perform vehicle walk around, gather customer information, and identify primary concern. Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Review vehicle repair histories and verify the need for maintenance and/or manufacturer recalls.
• Promote the sales of labor, parts and accessories; prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor.
• Establish and communicate an accurate promise time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers as needed.
• Verify the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Contact customers to advise of completion.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
• Cashier customers, taking payment via cash, check or credit card.
• Perform active delivery, walk customers to completed vehicle and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager.
