The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Automotive knowledge and dealership software experience are a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a dealership service environment preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge; dealership management system experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phone
• Listen to and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service needs
• Prepare detailed, accurate repair orders and communicate estimated costs and timelines
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspection results
• Communicate with technicians to track repair status and manage workflow
• Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy prior to customer pickup
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Mopar/Stellantis products and services

Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion, PA is seeking a full-time experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every third Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
