Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and understand manufacturer warranty guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the service lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Gather comprehensive customer and vehicle information.
• Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor costs.
• Ensure final invoices align with completed work.
• Establish clear follow-up timelines with customers.
• Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries.
• Efficiently allocate work among technicians to optimize daily productivity.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and understand manufacturer warranty guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Oversee the service lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all customers
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Gather comprehensive customer and vehicle information, and accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor costs
• Ensure final invoices align with completed work and explain all warranty, services, and charges to customers
• Establish clear follow-up timelines with customers
• Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, in person and via phone, to ensure thorough and professional handling of all concerns
• Efficiently allocate work among technicians to optimize daily productivity
• Ensure technician time is consistently utilized
• Send digital multi-point inspections for customers to review, in addition to printing physical copies
• Collect payments from responsible parties for all repairs
• Facilitate a positive customer experience by completing additional tasks as needed
