Job summary

DR Automotive LLC is seeking a personable Service Advisor to be the bridge between customers and our technicians. You’ll handle calling, scheduling, check-ins, and updating clients through the repair process.

This role is performance-based with a $60,000–$100,000+ yearly potential and no weekend work. We reward honesty, growth, and customer-focused service, and we’ll provide training and career development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales within a service or retail environment.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and pricing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Greeting customers and checking vehicles in.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Reviewing repair estimates for completeness and accuracy.
• Ordering and receiving parts.
• Processing payments after repairs.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the connection between our customers and our technicians.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting customers and checking vehicles in
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Reviewing technician-built repair estimates and ensuring they are complete and accurately priced
• Ordering and receiving parts
• Checking customers out after repairs
• Working with our technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Building long-term relationships with customers through honesty, communication, and outstanding service
