Job summary

Gilbert's Family of Companies in Okeechobee, FL is seeking customer-focused service professionals across our auto dealerships and related entities. You will oversee service orders, ensure courteous, efficient service, and help maintain a smooth flow in the service drive.

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license; willing to undergo background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of service drive, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and follow through on assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is allocated to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction metrics at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as needed.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards; comply with applicable laws.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.


• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.


• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.


• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.


• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.


• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.


• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.


• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.


• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
