Job summary

Gilbert's Family of Companies is seeking a finance-oriented professional at our Okeechobee, Florida locations to assist customers with financing their vehicle purchases. The role focuses on arranging financing, presenting add-ons, and ensuring profitable, compliant deals in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Required are knowledge of dealership finance procedures, strong communication,Attention to detail, and the ability to pass a background check including a driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Sharp organizational skills.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check including drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
