Job summary

LITHIA dealership All American Chevrolet of Odessa is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Odessa team. You will greet customers, inspect and diagnose vehicle problems, and communicate findings clearly.

You will provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs and maintenance, coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient work, and manage customer interactions including issue resolution. A bilingual capability is required and dealership management system familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual REQUIRED.
• Strong communication skills.
• Automotive service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Hiring: Service Advisor

Pay: Base plus Commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and one Saturday per month 9am-4pm
