Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Advisor at Rockwall Kia in Rockwall, TX. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, identify vehicle concerns, and prepare estimates for parts and labor.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and managing repair orders from start to finish. Ideal candidates have prior Service Advisor experience, an automotive background, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years working with vehicle systems.

• Experience as a Service Advisor required.
• Automotive technician background noted.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
