Job summary

Expressway Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon, Indiana is seeking an organized and motivated Service Advisor with good communication skills to increase shop productivity and sales.

This full-time role involves writing, selling service, and assisting in dispatching and tracking of technicians, requiring automotive knowledge and strong computer literacy. You will meet with customers to determine repair needs, monitor vehicle progress, and help maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

Expressway Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon, Indiana is seeking an organized and motivated Service Advisor with good communication skills and ability to increase shop productivity and sales. This is a full-time position that encompasses writing, selling service, and assisting in dispatching and tracking of technicians. Excellent customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and strong computer literacy required. Some years of experience in an independent auto repair environment is recommended. Compensation based on experience and ability (Base + Commission).
