Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Midland is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Midland, Texas. This role focuses on administrative support for finance and/or accounting, handling title paperwork and customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of general office experience, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Report), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• 1 or more years of general office/administrative work experience preferred
• Must be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidays
• Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department
• Interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person regarding title paperwork and answer any questions or concerns.
• Quality checks all documents submitted to ensure the application has all the information needed.
• Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for legibility
• Type labels or reports
• Other related duties as assigned.
