Job summary

Mesquite Kia, backed by Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an automotive service professional to understand customer needs, estimate repairs, and oversee service plans. This role emphasizes building customer trust and delivering quality automotive maintenance in a busy dealership environment.

You will work onsite in Mesquite, TX with opportunities to grow within a large automotive retailer known for total rewards and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an automotive service environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software.
• Acceptable driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand service needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Inspect vehicles to identify repairs and maintenance and document findings.
• Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service plans, and repair orders.

What You’ll Do
