Job summary

Andy Mohr Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, capture vehicle information, and clearly report symptoms to diagnose maintenance needs. You will prepare accurate labor and parts estimates and monitor vehicle progress with frequent customer updates.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a service advisory role, a positive, high-volume mindset, and strong automotive knowledge to advise customers on repairs and services.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a Service Advisor role preferred.
• Positive attitude and high-volume mentality required.
• CSI focused and customer-facing duties emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect vehicle information.
• Explain maintenance needs based on age, mileage, and history.
