Andy Mohr Kia in Avon, IN is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle information and communicate diagnostic findings. You will prepare labor and parts estimates, track vehicle progress, and explain work charges to customers. A CSI focus and 1+ year in a service advisory role are preferred.

• Preferred at least a minimum 1 year experience in a Service Advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time and monitor progress of each vehicle throughout the day.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
