Job summary

Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division is seeking a Service Advisor to handle customer inbound calls via telephone, web mail and chat. You will process service requests including billing inquiries and emergencies, ensuring accurate information and courteous support.

The role requires a valid driver's license and operates in an office setting with potential overtime based on seniority. Shifts may change quarterly; weekend rotation and overtime are mandatory as needed.

Physical Working Conditions

Works in office environment, sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. Read and enter information using a computer while talking to customers on the phone. Hear, communicate, and interact with customers and coworkers over background noises and customer calls.
