Job summary

MLGW in Memphis, TN is seeking a Section Supervisor to lead a team handling customer calls, emails, and webmail, ensuring accurate data entry into the Customer Information Systems and timely resolution of billing issues.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience (or 8–10 years without a degree) and an Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field. A Supervisory Assessment Center within 3 months is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related area.
• 4–6 years' experience in credit/collections, customer service and/or customer accounting, or 8–10 years' experience without degree.
• Must complete Supervisor Assessment Center within 3 months of entering job.
• Must complete Customer Service Simulation Test.
• Must complete NIMS Training within 1 year of entering job.
• In-depth knowledge of Division policies/procedures pertaining to credit and billing.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct and supervise employees engaged in the processing of customer calls, e-mails, and webmail.
• Enter data into the Customer Information Systems.
• Handle special customer problems and perform other departmental functions.
