Job summary

Sanco Equipment in Mankato, MN is seeking a motivated Service Advisor who thrives on helping customers and keeping a busy service department running smoothly.

You will open, manage, and close repair orders, communicate estimates and timelines, coordinate with technicians and parts personnel, and build lasting relationships through outstanding service. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work, promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership, service department, or customer service environment preferred.
• Background in equipment, automotive, agricultural, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of repair processes preferred.

• Experience with dealership management or service software is a plus.
