Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership, service department, or customer service environment preferred.
• Background in equipment, automotive, agricultural, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers.
• Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service management to keep repairs moving.
• Schedule service appointments and manage equipment intake.
• Monitor repair progress and help resolve delays.
• Ensure work orders are accurate and complete before invoicing.
