Job summary

BMW of Lynnwood, part of Swickard Auto Group, is hiring skilled Service Advisors. You will be the primary guest contact from write-up to delivery, translating repairs into clear language and delivering a premium service experience.

We seek 1+ year franchised dealership service advisory experience, with BMW/european-brand familiarity and a strong CSI track record, in a high-volume environment. Veterans encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership
• BMW or European brand experience strongly preferred
• Track record of strong CSI and NPS scores
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Clear, composed communicator who builds trust quickly
• Able to manage high volume accurately without losing guest experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the service process
• Translate repair information into clear, confident communication
• Build precise estimates and realistic timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations to protect safety
• Deliver a premium pickup and delivery experience
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and ensure documentation standards
• Represent BMW of Lynnwood with professionalism and hospitality

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery


• Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations


• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest


• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule


• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance


• Deliver a premium pickup and delivery experience consistent with the BMW brand standard


• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards


• Represent BMW of Lynnwood with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand demands

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership -- required


• BMW or European brand experience strongly preferred -- familiarity with BMW service processes and systems is a real advantage


• Track record of strong CSI and NPS scores and repeat guest relationships


• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred


• Clear, composed communicator who builds trust quickly and keeps technicians and managers aligned


• Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
