BMW of Portland is seeking an experienced service advisor to lead the guest experience from write-up to delivery. You will translate complex repair information into clear communication, build precise estimates, and ensure timely service with a focus on luxury-brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership.
• High-line or luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of strong CSI and NPS performance.
• Polished, composed communicator under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process—from write-up to delivery.
• Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations.
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance.
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the BMW brand standard.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation and compliance standards.
• Represent BMW of Portland with the expertise, professionalism, and genuine hospitality expected by the brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership -- required
• High-line or luxury brand experience strongly preferred -- BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, or similar
• Demonstrated history of strong CSI and NPS performance and a loyal repeat guest base
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Polished, composed communicator -- able to hold a professional conversation with a demanding, knowledgeable clientele under pressure
• Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A hospitality mindset -- five years in this business has taught you that how you treat people is everything
