Mike Savoie Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, customer-service-minded Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Write Repair Orders after verifying customer's complaints
  • Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaints on repair orders
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Punctual and dependable team player
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional assignments to leave a positive impression
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person
  • Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards
  • Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
