Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Kia of Dayton to greet customers, collect vehicle information and clearly report symptoms to determine maintenance needs. The role requires at least 1 year of service-advisor experience, strong customer service, integrity, and energy for a long-term career with a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• At least 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant, Manufacturer experience.
• Above average energy level.

Responsibilities

• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
