Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Body Shop Technician for our Kia of Dayton location. You will determine and repair damaged parts, document repairs, and work with parts to secure needed components in a fast-paced shop.

Join a team committed to safety and quality, with clear growth opportunities and a competitive hourly wage of $21.00–$24.00 plus a proficiency bonus. A clean driving record is required and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past experience required.
• Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts.
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all repairs performed.
• Document all materials used.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures and dispose of hazardous waste per regulations.
