Job summary

Transteck, Inc. in Winchester, VA is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Assistant to support Freightliner of Winchester. You will take parts to technicians, pull and stage parts, and occasionally drive to vendors to pick up parts while billing out parts to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a clean driving record. We offer competitive pay based on experience and benefits including uniforms and health coverage.

Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counter Assistant for our Freightliner of Winchester heavy truck dealership.

Job Description:

• Taking parts to and from technicians in the shop
• Pulling and staging parts in the warehouse
• Occasional driving to vendors to pick up parts
• Bill out parts to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand/walk most of the shift
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at desk height and above shoulders
